An autumn maternity session

A while back, I shot an exciting gender reveal session for my dear friend and her family, announcing that she was going to have a little GIRL! Today we got together again for a belly session at one of my favorite locations. I can’t believe it won’t be long until we get to meet your sweet little girl!!

Wright Family Fun!

It’s a wonderful thing when you don’t see an old friend for years and years, and when you see them again it’s like that time never happened. When I knew Ashley, I was a new mother and she wasn’t even thinking far enough ahead to children of her own. This morning I met Ashley and her husband and their two breathtaking children at a great location and got to play catch-up and chase her littles around for some candid shots as well as a couple of family poses. What a beautiful morning!

Session Giveaway Family!

A while ago I held a session give-away on Facebook when I reached 500 fans on my business page. My co-worker Sara’s name was pulled from the hat (or coffee cup, as it was). Today I had the session in Sara’s back yard with her gorgeous family, including their sweet old dog. The leaves were perfect and the air was crisp, with warm breezes, and we had a great time running around and playing in between poses. Thanks for sharing your family with me Sara! I hope you enjoyed the session and images we captured this afternoon!

Fall Mini Sessions

This weekend I had great day of fall mini sessions! Three gorgeous families, 30 minutes each, and one of my favorite locations = gorgeous fall family portraits. This is the way to do it!

Family of five

One of the best parts of being a photographer with a presence in social media is when I get a call from someone I used to know to have a session. Lori was a high school friend and classmate, and it was amazing to see her and her gorgeous family so many years later! How has it been this long already?!
